When I was young, I thought money was the most important thing in life.

This is literally what my boss says when I tell him I want to resign.

I think my አከራይ saw the post. He texted me ‘Loza, if you’re going to leave the house, please tell me earlier so I can find another tenant.🙄

I've been reading ፍካሬ by አለማየው ዋሴ,  and I just want to share what I felt about the book.

The story is mainly about plants and how they try to choose their leader. It focuses on the conflicts that come up during the election process and how they deal with those challenges. In the end, it has a happy resolution where everything gets fixed.

በጸሐፊው ማስታወሻ ላይ "ይህን ጽሑፍ ሲያነብ ሌላ ጉዳይ የሚመስለው ካለ እሰየው እንኳን መሰለው" ይላል። መጽሐፉን ሳነብ ሌላ ጉዳይ ከመሰላቸው ውስጥ ነኝ። እሰየሁም እንኩዋን መሰለኝ።

I feel like the writer is actually trying to reflect human society through the lives of plants. It’s like he’s talking about human politics(mainly የሀገራችንን ), but in a hidden and creative way by using plants as characters.

One funny thing about the book is the plant names some of them are really unusual and ones I’ve never heard before, which made it interesting. I also learned quite a few things about different types of plants. For example, there’s one called እፀ መሰውር that can make itself invisible, and many others have unique and strange behaviors.

Compared to the author’s other books, this one didn’t fully meet my expectations, but overall,  It’s still a good and interesting read.

So now Vite got updated and stopped working with Tailwind 4. WTF is going on with updates these days?

Nowadays everyone is using AI. I’m not here to say whether you should use it or not just hear me out.

Many systems today are either vibe-coded or heavily assisted by AI. That means AI has access to a lot of knowledge about most systems and how they are built. So in the future, if AI takes over, don’t you think security could become the biggest challenge?

Even forget about the takeover what if hackers start using AI? Wouldn’t they become more dangerous?
Am I being delusional, or do I actually have a point?
