Episode 7 is here 🎙
In this episode i sat down with Mohammedkerem Ahmed to explore his journey through radio, television, and entrepreneurship from Afro FM and Minber TV to building Sky Link.
We talk about the realities behind running a tech business: landing your first clients, building a team, creating software people actually use, and keeping your integrity when business gets difficult.

If you have an answer for every question about what's wrong with you but struggle to answer a single question about what's right with you, I don't think the problem is that you haven't spent enough time getting to know yourself. I think you've spent too much time looking at yourself through the lens of everything you wish you could change.

If You Call Yourself Self-Aware, But You are Only Aware of Your Faults and Never Acknowledge Your strengths, You are Not Self-Aware.…
Self awareness was supposed to set you free. Why does it feel like a cage?

life keeps showing you how deep shit can get. you go through so much, and just when you think you’ve figured things out, something else happens. but there’s no permanent state in life.
a good day doesn’t guarantee a good tomorrow, and a bad day doesn’t mean things will stay bad forever. life is never really stable, and maybe we just have to learn how to live with that

would love to read a blog post from you
My Thoughts on Vibe-coding — could be a bit harsh but I want you to swallow it well!
I present to you some narratives that I'm sure you're not aware of when it comes to vibe-coding to help you be more informed when you're working.
The header image is a picture from freshman year in AASTU, where I would spend most of my days in the library reading a lot of tech related books from morning to night. Very fun memories. Enjoy reading!

🚀 Introducing gitsw
My work required me to use a separate GitHub account from my personal one, and juggling the two got messy. So I built a small CLI tool to make it easier: it lets me add accounts, switch between them, and confirm which account I’m actually authenticating as. I also added a few extras for my own workflow, like pinning a repo to an account, auto-linking folders to profiles, and a commit guard that blocks commits made under the wrong identity.
I knew some of these features already existed in separate tools, but I wanted one that fits my use case, so I made it. It’s open source, so feel free to try it out or share feedback 👇

Humbleness is not looking down on yourself in front of people and saying “i don’t deserve this” or “I’m not good enough”
It’s standing in your worth, yet being humble enough to accept when someone tells you that you’re not good enough for something
