You can hate someone without denying that you used to love them.
You don’t have to say “i knew it all along” just because something happened or someone betrayed you. You don’t have to act like you were untouchable or like you never trusted them in the first place.
It’s okay. It’s part of life. Sometimes people betray you. Sometimes people scam you. Sometimes the person you trusted hurts you.
And that doesn’t mean the trust wasn’t real. It doesn’t mean the love wasn’t real.
It was real. It just ended
We don’t have to deny what once existed just because we changed our minds about someone. The fact that it ended doesn’t erase the fact that, at one point, it meant something to us

as a girl, growing up hearing “ምን ከሁሉም ጋር ያስገለፍጣታል” just because i have friends and i'm being myself like apparently laughing is a crime and society sees it as a sign that a guy has a chance with me. it's so fucking annoying istg.
