Most people picture a bean when they think of coffee. But it actually starts life as a fruit. A small red cherry, six layers deep, long before it's ever roasted or brewed.🍒

From the outer skin down to the seed itself, each layer has its own name, texture, and job to do — all laid out in the image above.

Strip those layers away differently, washed, natural, or honey process — and you get an entirely different cup, even from the exact same cherry. That's the part most people never see.
This is the first of many looks behind the cup, one layer of the industry at a time.

that’s what I wanted too, and it’s what made me build SeeThrough

You can hate someone without denying that you used to love them.

You don’t have to say “i knew it all along” just because something happened or someone betrayed you. You don’t have to act like you were untouchable or like you never trusted them in the first place.

It’s okay. It’s part of life. Sometimes people betray you. Sometimes people scam you. Sometimes the person you trusted hurts you.

And that doesn’t mean the trust wasn’t real. It doesn’t mean the love wasn’t real.

It was real. It just ended

We don’t have to deny what once existed just because we changed our minds about someone. The fact that it ended doesn’t erase the fact that, at one point, it meant something to us
