Whenever I’m changing jobs and considering a new company, the first thing I try to do is find someone who has worked there before.
I want to hear the real experience the work culture, management, salary, workload, and all the things you won’t find in a job post.

I built See Through
a place where you can anonymously share your experience working at a company.
I’ve been adding companies I know, but if you can’t find yours, you can add it using just the company’s website. The site will pull the basic company info from there. Just make sure the company doesn’t already exist before adding it.
Write an honest review about your experience. No fake reviews, false claims, or unnecessary bad words.
You can also read reviews from people who worked at companies you know and comment if you think something is inaccurate or doesn’t match your experience.
You do need to register with your email, but your reviews are anonymous unless you choose to show your identity.
And one important thing: don’t believe every review 100%. There’s no perfect way to verify that everyone actually worked at the company, so use your judgment. If you see something inappropriate or clearly problematic, there’s a report button please use it.
The more people contribute, the more useful See Through becomes.
Check it out, share it with someone who might find it useful, and add your experience.

So basically, this is what happened: I needed some cash before the funding reaches my wallet, mainly to cover residency fees for both me and my cofounder. I don’t really like taking money from my family for free. If they help me, I prefer to pay them back.…
I think we have to find a way to help such energetic guys because a small cash shortfall should never stand in the way of their dreams.
Imagine struggling to find 200,000 birr while knowing that you’ll have millions in less than three months.
I think we have a strong community here, and helping this aspiring young talent should be our responsibility.
I know Mike has looked up to me for a while, and I think this is the time to help him achieve his dreams.
I challenge content creators to join me in helping this guy. I really can't let him fall under such stress.

I used to think, what’s the worst that can happen? I’m broke anyway, so I have nothing to lose. I’ll take risks and try things. If I succeed, great. If I fail, I’ll just end up where I started, and that’s okay ( ከዚ ወዴት ይወደቃል ...)

Students can find papers by course, department, instructor, or year, save them into personal study folders, build exam collections, and share complete revision packs with classmates through a single link.
