*Social Commerce and Product Development Executive*

Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan upload dan update konten produk secara rutin di TikTok Shop.
- Memantau performa harian dan membuat laporan.
- Koordinasi harian dengan TikTok enabler untuk memastikan eksekusi campaign, promosi, dan live berjalan sesuai rencana.
- Menyusun dan mengatur jadwal live streaming mingguan.
- Follow up dan support kebutuhan affiliator dalam aktivasi link, pengiriman produk, dan brief konten.
- Monitoring komplain dan ulasan pembeli untuk TikTok Shop dan memberi masukan ke tim terkait.
- Memastikan ketersediaan stok merchandise di semua marketplace dan channel internal.
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor produksi dan tim internal untuk kontrol kualitas dan timeline produksi merchandise.
- Mengatur dan merancang campaign untuk merchandise.
- Melakukan listing, update harga, dan deskripsi produk merchandise secara berkala.


Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan S1 Marketing, Komunikasi, Manajemen Bisnis, Digital Marketing, atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang e-commerce, marketplace operation, atau digital marketing.
- Pernah bekerja dengan enabler atau sebagai bagian dari tim internal brand yang mengelola akun marketplace resmi.
- Menguasai penggunaan platform marketplace dan tools backend.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets.
- Memahami dasar-dasar content planning untuk video pendek (TikTok/Instagram Reels), termasuk script & caption writing.
- Mampu menggunakan tools sederhana untuk edit konten (Canva, CapCut, VN, dsb).
- Digital-savvy, responsif dan cepat tanggap, kreatif dan inisiatif tinggi, detail-oriented, adaptif dan fleksibel, kolaboratif.
