Modinity is looking for SALES INTERNSHIP to join our manufacturing company, PT Alia Digital Printex (Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta).

Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly input sales data (sales orders, prices, quantities, customer information) into the system.
- Recheck the data before and after inputting it into the system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the entered data aligns with the agreements made with customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales administration reports as needed.
- Follow up on data changes or input corrections based on directions from the sales team or supervisors.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer data and company sales information.

Requirements:
- Min. education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in - Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative staff, particularly in the sales or marketing department.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Disciplined, honest, and demonstrates high integrity.
