Kualifikasi:
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan / Ekonomi.
• Pengalaman kerja 2–3 tahun di bidang budgeting, controlling, atau finance.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut (pivot, vlookup, dsb.)
• Mampu mengolah data dan presentasi data.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis data keuangan dan pengendalian biaya yang kuat.
• Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik lintas departemen.


Job Description:
• Menyusun, mereview, dan memonitor anggaran operasional area secara berkala.
• Melakukan analisa selisih antara budget dan realisasi (variance analysis).
• Menyusun laporan kontrol keuangan dan pelaporan biaya kepada manajemen pusat.
• Mendukung proses forecast, budgeting tahunan, dan audit internal area.
• Memberikan rekomendasi efisiensi biaya berdasarkan hasil analisis.
• Melakukan kontrol pengeluaran area agar sesuai dengan rencana kerja dan anggaran yang telah disetujui.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional dan keuangan pusat dalam proses evaluasi kinerja keuangan area.
