SF Indonesia saat ini membutuhkan Clearance Staff/Import Staff
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Customs, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
At least 1โ2 years of working experience in import customs clearance.
Familiar with handling import documentation and dealing with Indonesian Customs (DJBC).
Solid understanding of import procedures and regulations under the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise.
Knowledge of HS Code classification, INSW, CEISA, PIB (Import Declaration), and Integrated Customs System (ICS).
Familiar with standard documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), etc.
Proficient in submitting import documents via online customs systems (e.g., PIB/CEISA).
Ability to coordinate with PPJK (licensed customs broker) and Customs officers.
Skilled in tracking and ensuring smooth customs clearance processes.
Detail-oriented and well-organized in handling documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certifications (Preferred):
Holding a PPJK license or certification from the Indonesian Customs Office is a strong advantage.
Relevant customs or logistics training certificates are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process import clearance documents (PIB) for submission to Customs.
Ensure all import documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, PPJK, and customs officials.
Handle clearance procedures at ports or airports.
Address and resolve any issues during the import clearance process (e.g., red line inspection).
