Here is the job description:
- Main job function: Responsible in qualification and validation activity
- Support qualification/validation activities to prepare protocol (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) & report
- Execute and ensure qualification/validation activities performed as per approved protocol
- Support coordination of qualification/validation activity, to align with Validation Master Plan and can be executed in timely manner
- Support in documentation, including filing, archiving and support in product transfer and trial activities
- Support in compliance with quality, including investigation of deviation and ensure implementation of related SOPs in qualification/validation activity.

Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree (pharmacy or majoring in mechanical engineering)
- CPOB / GMP knowledge is a must
- Knowledge of machine/instrument is preferable
- Able to work in shift and placed in Cimanggis Plant, Depok
- Fresh graduate is welcome
