Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office management duties.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database updates.
- Coordinate communication between teams and external partners.
- Help organize company events, workshops, and meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties (e.g., photocopying, scanning, mailing).
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
