According to recent reports, the People’s Bank of China (PBoC) has reaffirmed its stance against virtual currency and stablecoin trading, stating that enforcement efforts remain active and ongoing.
Despite global growth in digital asset adoption, China continues to prioritize strict financial controls and risk mitigation across its domestic markets.

Authorities emphasize that unauthorized crypto-related activities pose threats to financial stability, consumer protection, and capital outflow management.
The PBoC has reiterated that all institutions must comply with existing bans on crypto transactions, trading platforms, and stablecoin services.

Analysts note that while global regulatory approaches have become more flexible, China remains committed to a highly restrictive model, focusing instead on promoting its digital yuan (e-CNY) and centralized financial infrastructure.

Binance has announced that Binance Alpha will feature RAYLS (RLS), with Alpha trading scheduled to open on December 1, 2025, at 11:00 UTC.

Users holding at least 242 Binance Alpha Points can claim an airdrop of 800 RLS tokens on a first-come, first-served basis.
