في ظل الأزمات الإنسانية التي يشهدها السودان، أصبحت القيادة في أوقات الأزمات ضرورة وليست مجرد مهارة. لقد عايش الكثير منا واقع الحرب بكل تفاصيله؛ من انقطاع الخدمات الصحية والكهرباء، إلى النزوح وفقدان الأمان، والعمل تحت ضغط نفسي وإنساني هائل. هذه التجارب أظهرت أهمية وجود قادة قادرين على اتخاذ قرارات سريعة، ودعم فرقهم، والحفاظ على استمرارية الخدمات وسط الظروف الصعبة والمتغيرة.

1. Strengthen participants’ ability to integrate Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) into crisis preparedness, response, and recovery.
2. Enhance understanding of the psychological and social impacts of emergencies, including trauma, stress, resilience, and the needs of vulnerable groups.
3. Build practical skills in Psychological First Aid (PFA), rapid MHPSS assessment, referral pathways, and supportive communication.
4. Improve participants’ capacity to coordinate culturally appropriate, community-based, and evidence-based MHPSS interventions across sectors.
