Ramadan
Ramadan is NOT about challenges, habit trackers, planners, how many iftars you organize or how many people you invite. It's far more beyond food and drinks.
Discipline – the only thing that matters. Do not compare yourself with others, do not waste your time on useless things like bad habits, gossip, showing off. Instead, focus on what can benefit your mental, physical, and spiritual health. Take care 🫶

In Korea it's starting from Sunday, March 2nd, one day later than in most countries
Ramadan Mubarak, Dears!
May this holy month be the most transformative with all its blessings for us and our families.

В 100 граммах курута есть 26 граммов белка, это больше чем в куриной грудке или твороге того же объёма. Самое то качкам для массанабора 💪

We realize that we have nothing to blame for the sins we commit, when all the evil is chained. It's just ourselves with own impurities...

Letting go or law of detachment
Letting go is one of the most valuable skills in life, yet many struggle with it. People hold on to toxic relationships, limiting beliefs, or past trauma simply because it feels familiar. The fear of uncertainty makes even bad situations seem "comfortable" since they’re predictable. But sticking to the past only traps you in negativity, blocking growth and new opportunities.
The first step is acceptance. Many refuse to accept their own failures, broken relationships, or difficult childhood, carrying disturbance instead. But by doing so, they give power to these experiences, letting them shape their future. Letting go isn’t just about people—it’s about dropping insecurities, self-doubt, and excuses. True acceptance means recognizing that there are things beyond your control and choosing not to let them define you.
The key to moving forward is faith—whether in yourself, life’s natural flow, or a higher power. Those who embrace this mindset recover from losses faster and attract better opportunities. The strongest people aren’t those who avoid failure but those, who refuse to be weighed down by it. Letting go isn’t weakness—it’s self-respect. It clears your mind, lifts emotional burdens, and creates space for something better...

Farosat paradoksi
Bu postni o'zbekchada yozmasam bo'lmasdi. Bilamizki, o'zbek va koreys madaniyatlarining farqlari bilan birgalikda o'xshashliklari ham ko'p. Masalan, kattalarga hurmat, gastronomik madaniyat va mehnatsevarlik.
Tarixda ham ikkala davlat ancha yillar davomida kolonial qaramlik ostida bo'lgan. Tillarda ham buni ko'rishimiz mumkin: gapdagi so'zlar tartibi, ohanglardagi qo'shimchalar va o'xshash grammatik tuzilishlar.
Bu safargi mavzu esa bizga yoshlikdan uqtirilgan farosat haqida. Man biladigan 4ta til ichida rus va ingliz tillarida farosat uchun to'g'ridan-to'g'ri tarjimasi yo'q, lekin koreyslarda bu so'z ma'nosini birga-bir chiqarib beradigan so'z bor - bu Nunchi (눈치). Koreyada ishlasangiz tajribali ishchilar sizga Nunchi'ngizni ishlatishni ko'p bora aytishadi, ya'ni har narsani aytmasa ham, farosatdan kelib chiqib biror ishni tayyor qilib qo'yish tushuniladi. Bugun Daniel Golmanning "Emotional Intelligence (EQ)" kitobi muhokamasi davomida bu konsept atrofdagilarning aytilmagan fikrlari va hissiyotlarini tushunish deb kelgan, va hammaga tushunarliroq bo'lishichun farosat bilan parallellar tortildi.
Ikki davlat yaqinligini hozir ham 100 mingga yaqin o'zbekistonliklar Janubiy Koreyada yashab kelayotgani, yoki koreys madaniyatining O'zbekistondagi kiyim modasi, musiqa va boshqa trendlarda ko'rishimiz mumkin. Fikrlaringizni kutib qolaman✏️

Every year on March 14th "White Day" is celebrated in Korea. On this day men give gifts to women, from whom they received exactly 1 month earlier – Valentine's Day. It's called "White" because initially it was a Marshmallow Day in Japan, where it originated from.
One month after it, on April 14th anti-Valentines-day or "Black Day" is known as the next unofficial holiday. Single people without relationships will cheer their own loneliness and eat Jajangmyeon or noodle with black soy sauce, wearing all-black too.
What do you think of these traditions?👀

The Shiny Object Trap
Ever felt excited about a new hobby, project, or even relationship—only to lose interest a few weeks later? You convince yourself this is the thing you’ve been missing, dive in with joy… then suddenly, it’s not that exciting anymore. A new, “better” idea pops up, and the cycle starts all over again.
This is shiny object syndrome—constantly chasing new things but never sticking with them long enough to see real progress. It’s why some people jump from one relationship to another, always convinced they’ve found “the one” until the excitement goes off. It’s why fresh medical graduates, after years of study, suddenly question their career choice because something else seems more fulfilling.
The thrill of starting is fun, but success comes from what happens after the excitement fades. Before running after the next “big thing” ask yourself:
Sometimes, the real win is staying the course.

I recently discovered Stoicism—a philosophy that teaches us to accept life as it is and focus only on what we can control.
Stoics say:
Instead of wasting energy on things outside your control, direct it toward your own growth. What truly matters is not how others see you, but how honest you are with yourself.
They also teach us to see people as they are, not as we wish them to be. Many disappointments don’t come from others’ actions but from our own expectations. Letting go of illusions makes it easier to accept reality without unnecessary emotions.
And the past? It no longer exists. Pain fades when you realize life moves forward. Stoicism reminds us:
When you grow, external circumstances lose their power over you, and you become the true master of your life.

Шла середина марта...
Не знаю почему, но живя за границей настроение стало зависеть прямо от погоды. Ясное небо при солнце – лучшее, что может быть🥲
