Resolved - The IP Lists API endpoint was unavailable from 13:49 UTC to 14:56 UTC. There was no impact to processing of requests at the edge. In addition, bulk IP list modification jobs which were being processed at 13:49 UTC will have failed to complete. Customers should check whether IP list modifications which had not been confirmed as completed (either in the UI or API) need to be resubmitted.
