THIS IS A SCHEDULED EVENT Aug 11, 01:00 - 04:00 UTC Aug 10, 15:00 UTC
Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled maintenance in LHR (London) datacenter on 2026-08-11 between 01:00 and 04:00 UTC.

Traffic might be re-routed from this location, hence there is a possibility of a slight increase in latency during this maintenance window for end-users in the affected region. For PNI / CNI customers connecting with us in this location, please make sure you are expecting this traffic to fail over elsewhere during this maintenance window as network interfaces in this datacentre may become temporarily unavailable.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.Aug 7, 17:10 UTC
Identified - We have identified the root cause and reverted the impacted change. However, for the fix to apply to existing Workers utilizing Gradual Deployments, affected Workers must have their deployment traffic percentages adjusted or redeployed. As a workaround, if you are currently impacted, you can immediately resolve the issue for your service by modifying the traffic weights of your Gradual Deployment (for example, shifting your active deployment weights from 50%/50% to 40%/60%, or redeploying your Worker). We are actively working on an automated fix for all remaining affected customers and will provide another update once resolved.Aug 7, 16:04 UTC
Investigating - Cloudflare is aware, and investigating reports where a subset of customers are not seeing logs in the Workers Observability dashboard after deploying a new version of a Worker. Affected Workers continue to run and serve traffic normally. Metrics remain available.
