application performance monitoring (APM)
👇👇👇
Application performance monitoring (APM) is an area of information technology (IT) that focuses on making sure software application programs perform as expected. The goal of performance monitoring is to provide end users with a quality end-user experience.
Application monitoring tools provide administrators with the data they need to quickly discover, isolate and solve problems that negatively impact an application's performance. Such tools can be specific to a particular application or monitor multiple applications on the same network, collecting data about client CPU utilization, memory demands, data throughput and bandwidth.

Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH)
👇👇👇
Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) is a role in Remote Desktop Services (RDS), or Terminal Services, as it was known prior to Windows Server 2008 R2. RDSH servers host Windows applications or desktops that are accessed from remote users via a network connection.
Multiple end users connect to the RDSH server via Remote Desktop Connection Broker or RemoteApp to access session-based desktops and published applications. You can group multiple RDSH servers together in a Session Collection and publish either RemoteApp applications or session-based desktops, but not both from the same collection. The ability to group RDSH servers into collections was new to Windows Server 2012 RDS, and the feature is useful for load balancing connections between connected servers.
