Over the past 2 years, we’ve seen our customers move from having no digital transfor-mation plans (32% in 2018, 14% in 2019, 9% for the current 2020 survey) to implement-ing new tech and processes (31% in 2018, 50% in 2019, 59% for 2020). That’s an 18% increase relative to last year.
