- Fixed double toast notification
- ywhypreload and fredram(list in webui)
- Toast now appears every time you switch to a different game

notes:
1. delete old file
rm -rf /data/local/tmp/.Specter/.prelist.txt
2. added any pkg u want:
echo "com.example.app=extra/normal" >> /data/local/tmp/.Specter/.prelist.txt

ywhy ga ada webui, tuh dah gw kasih command buat nambahin jir, kalau mau tunggu webui nya ya tungguin specter update

the ywhy plugin won't have a webui, I've given you the command to add it, if you want the webui, wait for the specter update
