4. "The promotion of arts education is vital for fostering creativity and critical thinking skills, attributes that are highly valued in the modern workplace." (Highlights the value of the skills)

Further Tips to Refine Your Use of this Structure:

• Use Different Verbs: Don't always use "which is," "that is," or "that was." Vary your verbs to make your writing more interesting. Examples:

• "...a figure that demonstrates..."
• "...a policy that ensures..."
• "...an investment that fosters..."
• "...a measure that mitigates..."

• Use Synonyms for Common Words: Instead of "important," try "crucial," "essential," "vital," or "significant." Instead of "problem," try "issue," "challenge," "concern," or "dilemma."
