Since I’m an IELTS instructor, I believe it’s important to practice what I preach. If I encourage my students to read every day and expand their vocabulary, I should be doing exactly that myself.


To be honest, I don’t always practice what I preach. I keep telling my friends to get enough sleep, but I often stay up late myself.

I’m a bit of a hypocrite in this respect because I don’t always practice what I preach. I advise people to plan ahead, yet I sometimes leave things until the last minute.

Menimcha, ko‘p hollarda yo‘q.

Bugun internetda istalgan mavzuni o‘rganish mumkin. Grammatikani ham, metodikani ham o‘qib chiqish mumkin. Lekin o‘qituvchining sinfdagi salobatini kitobdan o‘rganib bo‘lmaydi.

O‘quvchi darsning birinchi 10–15 daqiqasidayoq o‘qituvchiga baho berishni boshlaydi. U faqat nima o‘qitayotganingizni emas, balki qanday o‘qitayotganingizni ham kuzatadi. Ovoz ohangingiz, tana tilingiz, o‘zingizni tutishingiz, o‘quvchi bilan muloqotingiz — bularning barchasi uning siz haqingizdagi fikrini shakllantiradi.

Agar o‘quvchi o‘qituvchini jiddiy qabul qilmasa, buning oqibatlari uzoq kuttirmaydi. Dars qoldirish boshlanadi. Uyga vazifalar e’tiborsiz qoladi. Darsdagi faollik pasayadi. Vaqt o‘tib esa o‘quvchi boshqa ustoz qidira boshlaydi.
