To be honest, my morning routine leaves a lot to be desired. For one thing, I don’t usually get up as soon as I wake up. Instead, I tend to stay in bed for a few extra minutes checking my phone. I also skip breakfast quite often because I’m usually pressed for time. As a result, I sometimes feel a bit sluggish at the beginning of the day. That said, I’m trying to adopt healthier habits and make my mornings more productive.

Since I’m an IELTS instructor, I believe it’s important to practice what I preach. If I encourage my students to read every day and expand their vocabulary, I should be doing exactly that myself.
