Being barefoot wonโ€™t reverse years of wearing shoes on its own.

Barefoot movement is a start, but you need deliberate, targeted work to decompress the metatarsal area and bring it into a healthier, more functional state โ€” otherwise youโ€™ll move the way a dysfunctional foot dictates.

The goal is a triangular geometry of the foot, so the toes become the widest part and the heel the narrowest.
