上一版更新日志中未提到的restful api不兼容更新已回滚，解决了相关gui无法刷新配置的问题 https://github.com/MetaCubeX/mihomo/releases/tag/v1.19.7

注意，出于安全原因，我们目前计划在下个版本对restful api中 /configs 的"path"参数进行限制，其目录同样需要在 workdir 或 SAFE_PATHS 中。建议下游客户端提前适配此改动。（该变动已经应用于alpha版本2116640）

注意：上述 workdir 由程序启动时的 -d 参数或 CLASH_HOME_DIR 环境变量指定。如果以上均未指定，则默认为：
* 在 Unix 系统上，为 $HOME/.config/mihomo
* 在 Windows 上，为 %USERPROFILE%/.config/mihomo

根据测试，该变动对目前大部分客户端不需要额外适配，已经提前发版保证用户的安全。

整体udp部分的dns解析已延迟到连接发起阶段，在rule匹配过程中仅匹配没有配置no-resolve的ip规则时会触发。

对于direct和wireguard出站，会遵循和tcp部分相同的逻辑，即当direct-nameserver（或wireguard配置的dns）存在时丢弃rule匹配过程中的解析结果对域名发起重解析。该重解析逻辑仅对fakeip生效。

对于reject和dns出站，不再需要解析。

对于其他出站依然会在udp连接发起时进行解析，目前不会将域名直接发送到远程服务器上。

此外该版本tun入站的udp部分内存占用也已优化。
