Eligibility
1. Current university students or recent graduates (with a research proposal or a recently completed thesis or research report)
2. A strong interest in research, writing, and publication
3. A strong commitment to academic and professional development
4. A good command of English (at least an intermediate level)
5. Knowledge of the fields of education, TESOL, ELT, or public policy
6. Knowledge of socioeconomic development of Cambodia
