🍪🖤 طرز تهیه کوکی یلدایی انار و کاکائو

این کوکی هم یلداییه، هم خوشگل، هم زیادی شیرین نیست
برای دورهمی یا حتی کنار چای عالیه.

🎀مواد لازم:
• ۱ عدد تخم‌مرغ
• ½ لیوان شکر
• ½ لیوان روغن مایع
• ۱ قاشق غذاخوری پودر کاکائو
• ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری وانیل
• ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری بکینگ‌پودر
• آرد (به اندازه‌ای که خمیر نرم بشه)
• دونه‌های انار یا شکلات چیپسی قرمز (برای تزئین)

🎀طرز تهیه:
1. تخم‌مرغ، شکر و وانیل رو خوب هم بزن.
2. روغن و پودر کاکائو رو اضافه کن.
3. بکینگ‌پودر رو بریز و کم‌کم آرد اضافه کن تا خمیر لطیف بشه (نچسبه).
4. از خمیر گلوله‌های کوچیک بردار، کمی پهنش کن.
5. روش چندتا دونه انار یا شکلات قرمز بذار و آروم فشار بده.

• فر: ۱۸۰ درجه، ۱۲–۱۵ دقیقه
• بدون فر: تو تابه دوطرفه با شعله خیلی کم، درِ بسته، حدود ۱۵ دقیقه🍪
