Here is the problem for some of the members that are restricted. We can thank our enemies for this. I have the same problem on my group. Only certain groups are targeted. Here is the fix for restricted members that can only be fixed by them below.

If there is a Group or a Channel in Telegram get restrictions this is how you bypass it.

Doesn´t matter what device simply take your Phone or Laptop Browser and type in this adress.

https://web.telegram.org/k/ log in with your Phone number and then Voi´la no more restrictions in any Groups or Channels

p.s. Why is it like this ? Google Play Store and Apple Store providing a modified Telegram version, which got the ability to censor groups and channels.

But if you use the Webbrowser based version directly from Telegram they have no abilities to do so.

So keep in mind folks it is not telegram who do the censorship.
