In the original Dismissal, she approved the Prosecutor's request to pull these fictitious Charges after a Private Investigator interviewed multiple Property Owners and Witnesses who worked with myself and my Border Patrol Sources in secret.
Laura Conover is a Soros County Prosecutor who refiled with NO NEW EVIDENCE and the Judge has suddenly ignored the elephant in the room:
