This meme blows me away because it’s so accurate. Quebecers, or those knowledgeable about Quebec, truly appreciate it.

Saguenay being in Falkreath makes sense because it’s a remote location with a historic Scottish ancestry. This is analogous to the Forsworn.

Solitude as Gatineau, which is in western Quebec and closest to Ottawa, makes sense because it’s a federalist stronghold. In Skyrim this is the seat of the imperial legion.

Montreal is, of course, Whiterun—the biggest city and neutral in the Skyrim vs. Empire conflict—with families who support both sides. This was true in the 1995 referendum on Quebec independence.

Windhelm is obviously Quebec City: ethnically homogenous and a separatist stronghold.
