⠀⠀∯. The time of operation is based on the time of confirmation of payment. Generally takes between 2-3 days.
⠀⠀∯. Only 1x of free revision available. Charge 3k/1 additional revision. Free revision only include text and color. We only receive revision a maximum of 3×24 hours from the first finalization. Each revision adds 1x24 hours to the current deadline.
⠀⠀∯. For GIFs, there is no additional fee if customer decide to let our engineer pick the photographic material, but customer can only revise it with an additional revision fee. For other types of edits, the photo MUST be from customer. If customer wants us to find the photos there will be an additional 2k fee.
⠀⠀∯. We do not accept forbidden materials such as fanarts, fantaken, bubble etc.
For animated borders, we only accept 100% free, public domain or free for commercial use fonts
⠀⠀∯. The results will be uploaded via Google Drive. The file will only be kept 1 month from the order.
⠀⠀∯. Custom order is only available from existing designs only, with a 3-10k additional fee depending on complexity.
⠀⠀∯. Do not copy, plagiarize or claim my work as yours and/or use my work for scams and other unrightful deeds. Violation of this rule results in a fine 20 times the price. Inspiration is welcomed with 10% of the profit generated from the catalogue as royalty.
⠀⠀∯. Incentives are only accepted when the order hasn't been processed more than 7 days after the order has been confirmed.
⠀⠀∯. Results may be posted on this channel, unless customer ask not to be published in 24 hours after the order is completed.

⠀⠀‎1. Pembayaran hanya via QRIS/BNI/OVO/GO-PAY/DANA setelah form dikonfirmasi.
⠀⠀2. Waktu pengerjaan sesuai estimasi yang diberikan, terhitung dari waktu pembayaran dikonfirmasi. Biasanya sekitar 2-3 hari.

⠀⠀5. Untuk GIF, bahan foto/PNG dapat dicarikan, tetapi bila ingin diganti setelah diproses, terhitung sebagai revisi tambahan. Untuk tipe edit lain, foto WAJIB dari customer.
⠀⠀6. Tidak menerima fanart, foto fansite, fancafe, dsb. yang berbayar.
⠀⠀7. Hasil diupload via tele/google drive. File hanya akan disimpan 1 bulan dari waktu pemesanan sebelum link hangus.
⠀⠀8. Hanya menerima request custom dari desain yang sudah ada, dengan biaya tambahan 3-30k tergantung kerumitan.
⠀⠀9. Dilarang menduplikasi, membuat kembali, melakukan plagiasi atas karya yang ada, dan/atau menggunakan karya disini untuk menipu. Pelanggaran akan diberi sanksi berupa denda sebesar 20 kali lipat harga katalog. Inspirasi diperbolehkan dengan syarat izin terlebih dahulu dan memberikan royalti sebesar 10% dari pendapatan yang dihasilkan oleh karya tersebut. Jika belum izin setelah dibuat dan disebarkan, maka akan diberikan sanksi sebesar 20 kali lipat harga katalog atau minimal Rp. 300.000.
⠀⠀10. Refund hanya diterima bila order belum diproses lebih dari 7 hari setelah order dikonfirmasi.
⠀⠀11. Revisi hanya diterima maksimal 3x24 jam dari finalisasi pertama. Lebih daripada itu file dapat dihapus.
⠀⠀12. Bila foto menyusul, lengkapi max. 1x24 jam. Jika lebih daripada itu, maka estimasi penyelesaian berlaku terhitung dari waktu foto dikirim.
⠀⠀13. Hasil akan diposting di akun ini kecuali customer meminta untuk tidak dipublikasikan maks. 24 jam setelah order selesai.
14. LICENSE HANYA UNTUK 1 ORANG. Dilarang mengambil bahan yang diperjualbelikan tanpa membeli license. Dilarang menyebarluaskan bahan yang telah dibeli. Pelanggaran diberikan sanksi denda sebesar 20x harga katalog.
15. File visualtools tidak bisa dibeli satuan dan hanya akan dikirimkan via link google drive.
