Sometimes, we believe our prayers have gone unanswered because we can’t see desirable changes in our life. But have you ever considered that you might have been protected or saved from further pain and chaos? Sometimes, the results of our prayers come in different packaging.

Scripture: Mark 11:12-25

Memory verse: Mark 11:23
“Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.”

Observation:
⁃ If you don’t doubt in your heart but believe it will be done for you
⁃ We should have faith in God (v.22)
⁃ Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it is yours(v. 24)
⁃ As christians we should produce fruit no matter the season.

Explanation:
When we receive Christ we are to have faith in God. That no matter what we want He is going to do for us, as long as we believe and do not have doubt in our hearts. Mountains in this context refers to your situations that no matter the situation as long as we do not doubt God we can overcome. That He is our father and our Lord, even your earthly father does whatever to provide your needs. We should keep it in our mind and spirit that nothing is impossible when you are on Gods side. (“Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.” ref. Mark 10:27) that everything can work for your good as long as you don’t doubt in your heart.

Application:
I will forever put my faith in Jesus and trust his ways. For I know that with God nothing is impossible and I can move mountains no matter how big and stubborn they are.

Prayer:
Heavenly father, we bless you for this Word. Hallowed be your name. Lord, we pray that you help get this word embedded in our heart that even when we are facing dying situations we know who to call. The miracle worker and promise keeper. That we will walk by faith all the days of our lives. In Jesus’ name we pray.
