“Starting in 2018, Mr. Schena paid kickbacks and bribes to recruiters and doctors to run allergy testing for 120 different allergens.

The company billed more per patient to Medicare for blood-based allergy testing than any other laboratory in the United States, the Justice Department said. Some commercial insurers were billed more than $10,000 per test.”
