Question for my subscribers in the medical field. I’m “fact checking” Biden’s claim from earlier today that most COVID deaths are in the Unvaccinated. In the reporting to the CDC the number of Unvaccinated cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are defined as patients having “no record of vaccination status” (screenshot from NYC’s data as an example).

The question is how is that “record” looked up? What happens in these cases:
⁃ Patient is vaccinated but is not asked their vax status
⁃ Patient does not have their paper vaccine card
⁃ Patient name cannot be found in state database due to misspellings, etc
⁃ Patient is in the country illegally
⁃ Patient received their last dose <14 days ago

My hypothesis is these above patients are being counted as Unvaxxed because they were not looked up in state databases, thereby putting them in the Unvaxxed bucket and inflating the numbers. Appreciate your insights.

Pfizer added some interesting language to one of their risks in their latest forward-looking guidance today, which was not there last quarter (I included both for comparison):

“the impact of product recalls, withdrawals and other unusual items, including uncertainties related to regulator-directed risk evaluations and assessments, including our ongoing evaluation of our product portfolio for the potential presence or formation of NITROSAMINES”

The FDA defines nitrosamines as “potentially cancer-causing substances recently found in some drugs”
