The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for the provision of cleaning services.

3)            Evaluation will be conducted based on quality and cost according to the criteria published in the Request for Proposal as outlined below:

Pass /Fail evaluation criteria

•              Interested companies must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries.

•              Audited Financial Statement for  the past three years (2016, 2017 and 2018)

•              Minimum annual average turnover is ETB 8,000,000

•              The bidder shall have a minimum of three years’ experience with organizations of similar size, nature and assignment.

Technical evaluation criteria

•              Methodology for implementation of services and management of the contract.

•              Description of relevant experience of the bidder supported by at least three references.

•              Availability and training of cleaning personnel.

•              Qualification and level of competency of proposed key personnel.

•              Availability of equipment and tools for cleaning services.

•              Have a policy or provision of sustainable cleaning services considering the environmental, economy and social aspects.

4)            Bidders obtaining the qualifying minimum technical score will be considered for Financial Evaluation.

5)            Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope (with both the technical proposal and financial proposal separate sealed envelopes), delivered at the address below by Friday 30th August 2019, 14.00PM hours.  The envelopes should be clearly marked:

Consultancy service to conduct Gender Assessment and Gender Strategy Development

4R-Nutrinet Stewardship Project,

Implemented in Minjar Shenkora Woreda, Amhara Regional State,

Cooperative Development Foundation of Canada (CDF Canada) has received 5 ½ years grant from Global Affair Canada (GAC). The project is entitled “4R Nutrient Stewardship Program (4R-NSP)” CDF Canada will implement the program in partnership with Fertilizer Canada, representative of manufacturers, wholesale and retail distributors of nitrogen, phosphate, potash and Sulphur fertilizers, The International Plant Nutrition Institute (IPNI), a not-for-profit, science-based organization dedicated to the responsible management of plant nutrition and the Ethio-Wetland and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA), a local implementing partner. The purpose of the project is to improve the socio-economic well-being of 8000 poor and vulnerable smallholder farmer households in Ethiopia particularly women through improving agricultural productivity and sustainability.

CDF invites interested and experienced firm consultants to offer Technical and Financial Proposals to conduct baseline survey. Detail about the baseline survey is found on the RFP. BBC Media Action is the international development charity of the BBC. Established in 1998, the organization seeks to reduce poverty and provide information to people around the world through media and communication programmes that inspire and inform. Since its foundation, BBC Media Action has worked in developing and transitional countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe on projects that deal with issues of health, resilience, governance, education, environment, livelihoods and emergency response.

BBC Media Action Ethiopia office is currently implementing a 4-year DFID-funded Ethiopian migration programme within a consortium led by Danish Refugee Council (DRC). The programme aims to protect would-be migrants and refugees from unsafe migration though and from Ethiopia.   As part of this programme BBC Media Action plans to conduct research that will be used to inform programme design, and to measure reach and impact of the media outputs.

Thus research agencies, especially agencies with experience in conducting research with refugees and migrants are invited to submit proposals for conducting the fieldwork for the formative research and baseline survey.  The request for proposal can be obtained by sending an email to the address below or come in person to the office.

የጨረታ መምርያ

1.    የዚህ ጨረታ ኣላማ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር ተያይዞው የቀረቡ ዕቃዎችን  ኣወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ነው።

2.    ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ህጋዊ ንግድ ፍቃድ እና የዘመኑ ግብር የከፈሉ መሆናቸው ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብይኖርባቸዋል።

3.    ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ውል ማስከበርያ (Bid bond) 30,000 ብር በCPO  ወይም  በጥሬ ገንዘብጨረታው  ከመከፈቱ በፊት ወይም በሚከፈትበት ሰዓት ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል።

4.    ተጫራቾች ቫት ተመዝጋቢ  መሆናቸው ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸውል::

9.    ጨረታው ተጨራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ወይም ባልተገኙበት äጉሜን 01/2011 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8:30 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ 9:00 ሰዓት ኣድዋ በሚገኝው ፋብሪካችን ውስጥ ወይም ኣዲስኣበባ በሚገኝው ቅርንጫፍ መስርያቤታችን ይከፈታል።

10.   ተጨራች/ ቾች በዚህ ጨረታ ላይ ያሸነፋቸውን እቃዎች ማሸነፋቸው እንደተነገራቸው  ለኣሸነፋቸውእቃዎች  የ10% ዋጋ የውል ማስከበርያ (performance Bond ) CPO በማስያዝ በ4 ቀናት ውስጥ ውልይፈፅማሉ። ይህ ሳይሆን ሲቀር ግን ተጫራቹ ያስያዘው የውል ማስከበርያ ገንዘብ ካለ ምንም ቅድመሁኔታ ለድርጅቱ ገቢ ይሆናል።

11.   የጨረታው ዝርዝር ሰነድ ከድርጅቱ ዓድዋ ፋይናንስ መምርያ ወይም ከኣዲስ ኣበባ ኣልመዳ  ቅርንጫፍ ቢሮ የማይመለስ ብር 50.00 በመክፈል መውሰድ ይችላሉ ።

12.   ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በውኋላ ጨረታው መሰረዝ ኣይችልም።

7.    ሲፒኦ ያልቀረበበት፣ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ የሌለው እና በጨረታው ሰነድ የተቀመጠውን መስፈርት የማያሟላ ተጫራች ከጨረታው ውጭ ይሆናል

8.    ከጨረታው መዝጊያ ቀንና ሰዓት በኋላ የሚቀርቡ የመወዳደሪያ ሰነዶች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም

9.    ጨረታው ነሃሴ 15 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም ከሰአት በኋላ በ8:15 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በአግሪ ሰርቪስ ኢትዮጵያ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል

10.   ጨረታውን ያሸነፈው አካል በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ከድርጅቱ ጋር ህጋዊ የውል ስምምነት ማድረግ ይኖርበታል፡፡

11.   ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካነኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

4.   ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ተሽከርካሪ/ንብረት የመነሻ ዋጋ 20% (ሃያ በመቶ) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያበባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ(C.P.O.) ማስያዝ የሚኖርባቸው ሲሆን ይህን መስፈርት የማያሟላ ተጫራችወዲያውኑ ከጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡ ተጫራቹ በጨረታው ከተሸነፈ በማስያዣ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ወዲያውኑተመላሽ ይሆንለታል፡፡

5.   ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን ሲሞሉ በተናጠልና በግልጽ 15% V.A.T.ን ማሳየት አለባቸው፡፡

6.   ጨረታው ቅዳሜ ነሀሴ 18 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም  ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ቦሌ ሩዋንዳ በአፍሪካ ኢንሹራንስኩባንያ ዋናው መ/ቤት  ውስጥ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው እና ታዛቢዎች በተገኙበትይከፈታል፡፡

8.   ለጨረታ በቀረቡት ተሽከርካሪዎችና ንብረቶች ላይ የሚፈለጉ የስም ማዛወሪያ፣ ፣ ግብርና ልዩ ልዩወጪዎች ቢኖሩ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚከፈሉ ይሆናሉ፡፡

9.   መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ጂኤም ፈርኒቸር አክሲዩን ማህበር በሰበታ ከተማ ሀዋስ ወረዳ በገነባቸው አራት ዘመናዊ ፋብሪካዎች የቤትና የቢሮ ዕቃዎችን በማምረት እና በመሸጥ ላለፍት 27 ዓመታት በፈርኒቸር ኢንደስትሪ ውስጥ ጉልህ አስተዋጽኦ በማበርከት ላይ እንደሚገኝ ይታወቃል፡፡

በመሆኑም አክሲዩን ማህበሩ ያልተጠናቀቀ የተለያዩ የፈርኒቸር አካላትን (Semi finished Furniture Part) አምርተው የሚያቀርቡለት የፈርኒቸር አምራጅ ድርጅቶችንና ባለሙያ ግለሰቦች ጋር በጋራ ለመሥራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሠረት ያልተጠናቀቀ የፈርኒቸር አካላትን (Semi finished Furniture Part) አምርተው የሚያቀርቡለት ድርጅት ወይም ባለሙያ ግለሰብ ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ትን ይጋብዛል፡፡

1ኛ- የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ፤የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር እና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ መረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል

2ኛ- በራሱ የመስሪያ ማሽን ማለትም (Circular Saw, Edge banding, Multi-drill, Central Lock groove) እና የመሥሪያ /የማምረቻ/ ቦታ ያልተጠናቀቀ ፈርኒቸር አካል ምርቱን አምርቶ ማቅረብ የሚችል

3ኛ- ድርጅታችን በሚሰጠው መስፈርት በዲዛይን፤በስፔስፊኬሽን እና የጥራት ደረጃ የጠበቀ ምርት ለማቅረብ የሚችል

4ኛ- ለያልተጠናቀቀ የፈርኒቸር አካል ምርት የሚያስፈልገውን ጥሬ ዕቃ እና አክሰሰሪ ማለትም (Laminating board, laminate MDF, PVC Edge, hot melt glue…) መግዛት የሚችል

ከላይ የተጠቀሰውን መስፈርት የሚያሟሉ ድርጅት ወይም ባለሙያ ግለሰብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ/በሬዲዩ  ከተነገረበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 30/ሠላሳ/ ቀናት ውስጥ ዓለምገና በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋ/መ/ቤት በመቅረብ ለሥራው የተዘጋጀውን ዲዛይን ስቴስፊኬሽን  የያዘውን ሰነድ ብር 50.00 /ሃምሳ ብር/ በመግዛት የሚያቀርቡበትን ዋጋ በፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

Construction of new Animal Health Posts, Rehabilitation of existing Animal Health Posts and Construction of new Fish Cooperative Houses in South Omo Zone of Dasenech, Hammer and  Nyangatom Woredas

1.            VSF Germany, is an International Non Governmental Organization, invites interested bidders to undertake construction of two (2) new Animal Health Posts, rehabilitation of two (2) existing Animal Health Posts and construction of three (3) new Fish Cooperative Houses in South Omo Zone of Dasenech, Hammer and Nyangatom Woredas supply for the project entitled “Omo Delta Project-Expanding the Rangeland to Achieve Growth and Transformation” as follows

•             LOT I – Construction of new animal health posts and related facilities in Nyangatom and Hammer Woredas

•             LOT II – Rehabilitation of existing animal health posts and related facilities in Dassenech and Nyangatom Woredas

•             LOT III – Construction of New Fish Cooperative House and related facilities in Dassenech and   Nyangatom Woredas

2.            Bidders can bid for Lot one, Lot two,  Lot three or all the three Lots

3.            The tenderers are expected to construct or rehabilitate the intended construction facilities with the required design and specifications as the detail indicated in the bid document. Sub-contracting out of the assignment is strictly forbidden.

4.            Financing by: European Commission

5.            Eligible tenderers are invited to take part in the bid upon submission of copies of all relevant renewed licenses, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate.

6.            Tendering will be conducted through open local tender procedure.

8.            All bids must be accompanied by a tender guarantee amounting to two (1%) of the total bid amount including VAT in the form of C.P.O.  Any other form of tender guarantee shall not be acceptable.

9.            All bid documents must be submitted one original marked “original” and one copy signed in the same way as the original and marked “copy” by stating the title, separately for each lot, with wax-sealed envelope at or before 10:30 A.M. (Morning) on Tuesday, September 03, 2019 to VSF-Germany, South omo Zone, Omo Delta Project Coordination Office in Turmi. The technical and financial offer must be placed together in a sealed envelope.

10.          Bids will be opened in the presence of tenderers and/or their official representatives who wish to attend at VSF-Germany, South Omo Zone, Omo Delta Project Coordination Office in Turmi, on Tuesday, September 03, 2019 at 11:00 AM (morning).

11.          Failure to comply with any of the conditions indicated above will result in automatic rejection.

12.          The Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

በአሁኑ ጊዜም ድርጅታችን በትግራይ ክልል በእንዳመኾኒ፤ ኣሕፈሮምና እምባ አላጀ ወረዳዎች ላሉ ትምህርት ቤቶች የተማሪዎች መቀመጫ ወንበሮች ፣ የጥግ ንባብ ሸልፎች፣ የመምህራን መቀመጫ ወንበሮችና ጠረጴዛዎች፣ የትምህርት ቤት ማስታወቂያ ቦርዶች፣ የክፍል ውስጥ ማስታወቂያ ቦርዶች፣ የህፃናት የተለያዩ የሜዳ መጫወቻ መሳሪያዎች፣ የክፍል ውስጥ ማስተማሪያ ጥቁር ሰሌዳዎች፣ የቅድመ መደበኛ ተማሪዎች የክፍል መቀመጫዎችና ጠረጴዛዎች እንዲሁም የቤተ ንባብ የመፃሕፍት መደርደሪያዎች፣ ጠረጴዛዎች፣ ወንበሮችና ሌሎች ኣስፈላጊ ቁሳቁሶችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም

     ህጋዊ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉበት እና ለተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የተመዘገቡበትን ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ

     በጥራት ብቁ መሆናቸውና የተሟላ መሳርያ ያላቸው መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ሰነድ ማስረጃ የሚያቀርቡ

     በ2010 እና 2011 ዓ.ም ቢያንስ ከብር 500,000/ኣምስት መቶ ሺ ብር/ በላይ ተመሳሳይ ስራ ሰርተው ያስረከቡና የስራ ልምድ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ

     የጨረታ ማስከበርያ ዋስትና በባንክ የተረጋገጠ CPO ለ30 ቀናት የሚቆይ ከሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ላይ 5% ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ለብቻ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ማስያዝ የሚችሉ

     ስለጨረታው የሚገልፀውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር) እና የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃዳቸውን ከስራ ልምዳቸው ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ

     ይህ ጨረታ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የጨረታ ሰነዱን  ከመቐለ 14 ቀበሌ ፋና ህንፃ 4ተኛ ፎቅ ከሚገኝው የትግራይ ክልል የድርጅቱ ፅሕፈት ቤት እና አዲስ አበባ ቂርቆስ ክ/ከተማ መስቀል ፍላወር መንገድ አዶቲና ሆቴል ኩባ ኢምባሲ ጎን ከሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋ/ፅሕፈት ቤት ገዝተው መወሰድ ይችላሉ

     የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ/ፋይናንሻል/ እና ቴክኒካል ፕሮፖዛል ኦሪጅናልና ኮፒ ለየብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ነሐሴ 17 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም ከ 9፡00 ሰዓት በፊት ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ላይ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል

     ተጫራቾች ሁሉ ከዚህ ደብዳቤ ጋር የተያያዘውን ዝርዝር ዕቃዎች ዋጋ በሞምላት ጨረታው ነሐሴ 17 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም 9:00 ሰዓት ላይ ራሳቸው ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከመቐለ 14 ቀበሌ ፋና ህንፃ 4ተኛ ፎቅ ከሚገኝው የትግራይ ክልል  የድርጅቱ ፅሕፈት ቤት ይከፈታል፡፡

     ድርጅቱ ለተሻለ ኣማራጭ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
