Regards the installation & crash issue on V45:
1. Make sure your device storage have enough storage (2 - 3 gb atlest for phone, 4 - 6gb for tv/other devices).
2. Makes sure during the installation you had given the permission "install unknow source" or "allow thrid party app".
3. Ensure your device is Google Certificated, DRM atlest L3 and Android Version 7.2 above.
4. If when open the application, it crash. Try clear cache and data, and make sure you didn't not use any VPN or DNS. (also refer to No3.)
5. While making feedback, follow the proper guidelines (https://t.me/cheerstv/25)
6. This is NOT a TVBOX group, we have NO RESPONSIBILITY on whoever that sell you the device, as WE DON'T SELL ANY TVBOX OR DEVICES!

The earlier outage was caused by a database server disk issue at our server provider. The provider has since replaced the faulty disk with a new one, and the system is now stable and operating as expected.
