What do you do when you're a billionaire pedophile who had sex with many boys and girls and have done things to those children that you know the citizenry would not approve of, and share those experiences with many other billionaire pedophiles? What do you do when you're a billionaire and a politician of the same quality of person?

Well that depends... if the one who is against those things is running for president and has sworn to reveal those truths and punish you for it, you pay off judges to hide the evidence. You pay off the lawyers to search for evidence elsewhere. You pay off the the media to keep quiet and change the subject and narrative. You pay off people to rig an election so the opposition doesn’t win. You pay off Secretaries of State to confirm a rigged election. You pay off a host of people to lock down a society with pestilence and keep them ignorant and in the dark. You pay off law enforcement to arrest the opposition for crimes they never committed.

And should any evidence leak that you didn't want anyone to know about, you distract the citizenry by paying off corrupt and evil people to promote and cause shootings, explosions, war, environmental accidents, riots, or anything that can fill the newsday that distracts from the newly revealed and damning information, up-to and including destroying everything you govern. You use those crisises to take the citizen weaponry away so you're safe to continue your evil desires. You encourage lawmakers to fulfill their own evil desires so that you can blackmail and bribe them to pass laws that make your sin legal and avoid the punishment your opposition has sworn to hold you to. You plan, you conspire, you execute.

That's what you do.
