I know this is off-topic but I wanted to share this info.

My 70 yo mother was struggling with High Sugar since more than 20 years. But recently it had got worse and was facing other problems due to it.

With the advice of a nutritionist we shifted her to a diet of Millets. (Hindi names Kangni, kutki, Kodo) (English names (Foxtail, barnyard, Little millet)

Within 4 weeks her fasting sugar has come to 110-120 from 300+

If you're struggling with diabetes please give millet diet a try. There are lots of recipes for them on YouTube which make healthy and even tasty dishes.
