Either you run the day, or the day runs you
So today I lost my phone, just finished setting up my new one which means I have to start 75 hard back at day 1 once again, who’s joining me ? 🥳
Dream
Believe
Hustle
Achieve
phrase of the day " Act as if it were impossible to fail" - Earl Nightingale
Build people up.
They will build you up in return.
You might run across some shit people and some shit situations...
Everyone does...
But it pays off in the long run.
Not in money either.
In fulfillment.
In friendships.
In experiences.
In life.
Build people up.
It's the best long-term investment you'll ever make.
I want you to win

Even if you don’t want the same for me.

If you really want the same success in your life that you see other people enjoying

You have to wish them well.
You have to be clapping for them as hard as you can.
And not just saying that to appear great in front of other people, you have to feel it in your heart.

You have to live that shit.
Whatever you feel in your heart for others
Is exactly what you will get in return.

Let me repeat that
NOT WHAT YOU SAY.
IT’S WHAT YOU FEEL.

The Universe knows your intentions and gives you exactly that back in the long run.

So, ask yourself
How do you feel when you see other people succeeding?

Work on it.
Do you know what the “Bystander Effect” is?

It's the psychological theory that people are less likely to help someone in need or fix a problem when other people are present.

Most people live their lives as bystanders.
They see a problem and think
"I don't need to do this because someone else will take care of it."

That's why most people never make any progress in life.
They walk over pieces of trash they see on the ground.
They skip out on the extra tasks at their job

All because it's "not their responsibility."

Successful people address these situations differently.
They see them as opportunities to build discipline and make themselves more valuable.

Ask yourself.

Are you living your life as a bystander.
Or are you seizing every opportunity you come across?

Only losers pawn responsibility onto others.
Winners accept responsibility for everything to build their skillset.
Once you learn to correct this habit...
You'll be shocked at how quickly your life will start to turn around.
You think small
and you act even smaller.

This is why things aren’t materializing for you.
Period.

Let me give you some advice
Whatever goals you have
Scratch them off
and make them 100x bigger.

Massive goals require massive action.
Massive action leads to massive goals.
It’s a perpetual cycle.

It’s gonna be difficult when you jump in
but you’ll acclimate.
That fear of doing hard shit is what keeps people from ever jumping in the cycle.

So would you rather be who you are and where you are currently forever
Or would you rather make yourself uncomfortable now?

Something to think about.
You now see life and the world so much more differently than you ever have. And at times you get frustrated that you’re not further down the path of where you want to be, but you can’t ignore the fact that you spent years running in the opposite direction.

The most important thing you had to do was make a turnaround. Which you’ve done. Now we’re in the process of building momentum the right way. The fulfilling way.

Your environment will continue to change as a reflection of where you are now. In the meantime, give yourself credit for being in a position to live a life you never deemed possible.

You stepped out your comfort zone and not only changed the chapter, but picked up an entirely new story.
The only way to change your beliefs is by changing the information you consume
Average people think that time will make their problems go away

They think with the passage of time, their pain will magically vanish, so they never take action and just wait for things to get better.

That’s not how champions operate.
When champions face problems, they see them as opportunities to get better & stronger and they address them head-on

Every fucking time.

This in turn makes their problems and their pain become insignificant.
They understand they cannot shy away from the pain.
They understand they cannot ignore the struggles
They understand that the hardships are the perfect opportunities to level up.

If you focus on developing your skillset and face problems head-on what seems to be extremely painful today will be child’s play for you soon.

That’s how champions keep winning.
Stop worrying! Worry is wasted thought, energy, and emotion. It creates a worst-case scenario in your mind of an event that hasn’t even happened yet and forces you to live through it!

Most of the time, we will never even deal with the outcome we’ve worried ourselves sick over. Just stop ! Worrying is pointless. There’s no positive upside to it.

The downside, however, comes with a stiff price. As we’ve learned, what we think about becomes our reality, so why on earth would we want to create a worse - case reality?

Always remember that champions take control of their lives, and they do this by controlling their thoughts and believing that the outcomes they desire will happen. They believe they are worthy of that outcome, and that belief creates their reality. You too can do the same thing.

Worry does not take away tomorrow’s troubles, it takes away today’s peace. Change what you think and believe, and you will transform your life.
There are only two directions you can go

Forward
or
Backward

You can't put it in park.
You can't maintain.
You can't stay the same.

The minute you start to get comfortable is the minute you start moving backward and the minute you will get passed up by everyone who has their foot on the gas.

This is why most people spend their entire lives spinning their wheels and never gain any real traction.

Don’t let that happen to you.
Stay focused.
Stay disciplined.
Stay humble.

and keep moving FORWARD.
Complacency will ruin your ability to live the life you truly want.
“ Tim Grover is the master of mental toughness. This book is the blueprint for discovering what you are capable of achieving. Getting results you never imagined, reaching the highest level of success - and then going even higher.” - Kobe Bryant
The only thing standing between you and your goal is action. Let’s get to work
Nobody wants to tell you why discipline is so important.

Discipline is the strongest form of self love, it is ignoring current pleasures for bigger rewards to come. It’s loving yourself enough to give yourself everything you’ve ever wanted.

Keep pursuing your goals whether you’re alone, broke, tired or scared. Keep going.

If you don’t separate yourself from your distractions, your distractions will separate you from your goals and the life you want.
WINNING makes you different, and different scares people

WINNING wages war on the battlefield in your mind

WINNING is the ultimate gamble on yourself
