Spending your life trying to fit in society’s box of “the way you are supposed to be” is a sure way to always lose.
When you're working to be like everyone else...the best you’ll ever be is a clone of everyone else: AVERAGE AT BEST.
DO YOU...authentically...passionately...and honestly.
Nobody can do that better.
The inner bitch voice LOVES birthdays, and it nearly won today. Lay in bed for a whole hour after my alarm went off negotiating with myself thinking of ways I can do something light and easy since it’s my birthday. After the intense week of training I’ve had it made sense, but got to be comfortable being uncomfortable so got up, put my shoes on headed out. Starting 22 with a win as the winning streak doesn’t stop or end!
The same person you think is "lucky" for living in the house you want...
Driving the car you want to drive...
Running the business you want to run...
And living the life you want to live...
Is the same person that at some point … couldn't pay their bills.
Is this person really lucky?
What about the time they got evicted from their house?
What about the 15 years they spent making less money than you to pursue their dream?
What about the times their family and friends laughed at them and called them a loser?
What about the nights they spent working until 2am?
What about the weekends and holidays they missed investing in their goals?
What about the 470 times a month they thought about quitting because the fight was too hard?
Do you think where they are now is a result of their unbelievable luck?
Or are you hiding behind "luck" to validate your shortcomings?
Or using "luck" as a justification to sit on your hands your entire life?
Think about that the next time you call someone “lucky”.
We all have self-imposed limits in our brains.
There are points when we don't think we can go any further…
There are points when we feel like self-destructing...
When you hit these limits and don’t take action, they will keep you feeling insecure, out of control, and at the mercy of other circumstances.
You have to figure out what these mental limits are, and make a point to purposely push through them.
There is a very strong psychological benefit of control and confidence that happens when you push your limits.
That's when powerful shit will start to happen in your life.
Your career will start to take off...
You will see physical changes you've never seen before…
You will start thinking bigger than you’ve ever thought before...
…and you will gain more respect from the people around you.
I can guarantee you this...
Your PERCEIVED limits aren't your REAL limits.
What are the things you tell yourself you can't do?
You have to identify these things, go out, and fucking destroy them.
Only then will you gain the confidence and control you'll need for the rest of your journey
What happens when you give a basketball to a 3 year old and ask them to put it in the basket?
They get ecstatic once the ball goes in.

They hardly know how to speak.
They don't know what basketball is.
And they haven’t been taught anything about winning.
But they still celebrate their victory.

Every single one of us was born to win,
As humans, we are innately programmed to compete It's in our DNA.

Whether you choose to win or not is up to you. These days people make winning out to be a horrible, selfish thing, but there's nothing wrong with winning.

The nature of winning is actually extremely noble.
By winning in your life.
You are setting an example and teaching the people around you how to win in their lives.

Don't get this confused. Just because you were born to win doesn't mean you deserve to win.

The real world isn't going to reward you just for being alive.

The real world isn't going to give you shit unless you compete.

The real world isn't going to offer you an easier way to win.

It's going to be a bloody battle.
There will always be winners...
There will always be losers...

And the people who are only concerned with participating are going to get their teeth kicked in by the people who are focused on competing to win.

Listen to your instincts...
Play to win...
You were born to win.

The winning streak doesn’t stop or end!!
How you view your struggles directly affects your success in life.
Most people bitch and pout "why me?" as if their struggles only exist to make their life miserable.
Winners think about struggles differently...
They see them as an opportunity to learn and develop their mental toughness.
Every roadblock you face...
Every problem you encounter...
Every single painful situation you deal with...
They are all opportunities to improve, whether you choose to believe so or not.
Quit viewing your struggles through the lens of meaningless suffering...
Start viewing your struggles as challenges...
They are gifts to make you stronger…
…but only to people willing to fight
Invest in yourself
Day 18 I forgot to take a progress picture 😹 back to day 1 tomorrow 🏃🏻‍♂️
We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment.
the key to changing your life is discipline, get excited about the little disciplines because those will lead to the big ones. You can’t handle the big challenges in life unless you handle the little ones.
You want to be a millionaire or billionaire and you can’t even make your bed, yes I’m talking to you !
Breakfast is served 🤝
Today the dues were paid in full 🪵 this is not your practice life don’t leave anything on the table
Next time you catch yourself talking about how unfair life is and how shitty your situation is...
Remember this.

There are millions of people who've done it with more difficult circumstances than you.
Life is going to punch you in the mouth … a lot. That's a fact.

Are you really going to let that keep you from greatness?
No matter what you may hear from the success "gurus”

The success journey isn't easy for anyone. But the more you sulk in your self-pity The less energy you'll have to go out and accomplish the shit that will actually give you the self-belief that you need to win.

Sometimes you have to work harder than other people to achieve the same results

That’s Life it isn't fair.
Quit expecting it to be.
I know you want to join me, what are you waiting for ?!
“You need to set more realistic goals.”

How many times do you hear shit like this?
If it's often. You're doing something right.

But most people will take this criticism to heart, and step back in line. They let people who are incapable of thinking outside the bounds of an average life affect their goals and dreams.

They start thinking smaller and more "attainable” Which leads to small actions with little urgency.

Which in turn ends up creating their reality. When you set big goals for yourself. You not only free your mind to see, think, and execute on bigger things in life. You take bigger actions. You’ll begin to create new realities of what’s possible perpetually. Your dreams will get bigger. Your wins will get bigger. Your fulfillment and all the good things in life will get bigger.

Trust me … I’m right on this:

If you dream of average shit, you’ll get average shit.

Don’t get caught up in the mirage of setting “realistic” and “attainable” goals

It only feeds your habit of thinking and producing very little.

Dream fucking massive.
Take action on those dreams day by day by day

You will get so much further and save yourself so many problems by thinking and living this way.

Every single person who has accomplished anything worth mentioning were called crazy for having their dreams.
Every one.

They just chose to not listen
Dues paid 🤝
Ever notice how it's always the same people that continuous bad shit happens to?

It's always the same people talking about how they got

cheated.
Lied to.
Screwed over.
Unfairly treated.

And blame everything but themselves for where they are. Over & over & over again.

These people would have you believe that they are the unluckiest people on earth, and present themselves as otherwise GREAT people to try to make you feel sorry for them.

Until you go back and really examine their decisions. Then you see the lazy, Unethical, Corner-cutting Short-term decisions that are revolved around what's best for them "right now".

On the other hand...
Ever notice how people who win consistently in life never complain about these same things happening to them?

Why is that? Do you really think bad things never happen to these people?

The fact is, the same things the victims cry about...
Winners thrive on.

They understand that by overcoming these struggles, they will be stronger and more prepared.
Winning is an attitude and a perspective.

You have a choice:
Keep living a weak, bullshit life that will be insignificant by ALL standards.
Or don't.
Either way...

You get what you deserve
