And no matter how "good" you think you've become...

Understanding that growth only comes from uncomfortable situations will change your life forever. Just know one thing. it’s hard work and that’s the reason why majority people stay comfortable and don’t pursue their goals.

Today I really pushed my body to the limit, went into that dark place very few are ever willing to go. I think this state mentally is the most powerful one can tap into. In that state nothing else matters it’s just you and your mind. Took another cold shower as it also helps with recovery and mentally im ready for tomorrow to start phase 2 of 75 hard in the best shape I’ve ever been. It’s also my birthday month the winning streak doesn’t stop or end
