Most people go through life full of uncertainty and they end up with a life they hate.

They say things like:
"That would be nice."
"I hope it happens to me."
“Maybe I’ll get that if I’m lucky one day.”

Have you caught yourself saying or thinking these things? Because if you do, you're communicating two things to the universe:

1. I'm not willing to do the work to materialize the things I want.
2. I have no clear idea of what I want to bring into my life.

Quit wishing...
Quit hoping...
Quit wondering...
Start expecting.

then follow the expectation with the behavior of someone who would have whatever it is you want to have.
That means you’re gonna have to do the WORK they do too.
When the life you want becomes an expectation, and you support those expectations with commitment and effort the universe will deliver.

Want to establish your destination in life?
Put in the work, and believe the results will come.
Your expectations are your reality.

Are the cold showers getting easier or is my mentality getting stronger ? It’s the exact same water, exact same temperature but it’s getting easier daily.

That’s exactly how life works, start making yourself uncomfortable enough times by doing the work and sooner rather than later your life goes from being hard to becoming easy it’s a choice.

When it comes to achieving what you want in life, you have 4 choices:

1. Wish for it.
2. Whine for it.
3. Pout about not having it.
4. Work for it.

Only one gives you results...
So which one will you pick?

Whether you're "too much" of this or "too little" of that...
What you're doing correctly.
What you're doing incorrectly.
You have to learn how to differentiate between the feedback that will actually be constructive for your success...
...and feedback that will end up holding you back.
While most people may think they know what's best for you...
Only you can decide what will keep you on the right path.
Most people think of themselves in one of two ways:
1. They think they are a lot better than they actually are...
Constantly celebrate their wins (even wins from years ago)...
Consider personal development to be unnecessary because of how "good" they are...
And ultimately end up losing in life.
Or...
2. They think they aren't good enough and never will be...
Drown themselves in self-induced pity...
And let the fear of judgment paralyze them from taking action.
No matter which category you fall under...
Understand this...
You aren't as good as you think you are...
Nor are you as bad as you think you are.
You have to focus on what you can do every single day to improve yourself and increase your value.
Not just for one month...
Not just for one year...
Not just for 10 years...
FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
Stay hungry...
You are in a constant state of evolution...
And no matter how "good" you think you've become...
There will always...
ALWAYS...
Be a lot you can improve on.
Have you ever felt like bad shit keeps happening to you over and over again?

But if you actually want to stop feeling victimized and prevent these bad things from happening over and over again...
You have to shift your focus.
Start focusing on the upside...
Start focusing on the lessons learned…
Start focusing on the good that is to come...
When you spend so much of your time and mental energy on everything that is wrong, you are taking away from all the time you could be using to grow and move on.
Quit focusing on the negatives...
Start focusing on the positives
