If someone people are share your point of view it's totally fine they also have a point.

Specially on things that we can say right or wrong.

Recently I have been seeing a lot of people having a side on recent tiktok award. This is a really shameful behaviour I have seen from many but media people and so called activists.

Honestly I just wanna share that people doesn't have to be in agreement with you. If they don't agree with you demo accept that rather than going after them and calling them names.

This goes in our ecosystem as well some people have a strong opinion in some ideas and when they see people who disagree with them they go after them by calling them names.

Anyways learn how to cope up with a disagreement and listen for the reason people have.

So many thoughts pilled up on my mind about how people react to other people opinions.

Anyways guys please let's learn how we deal with different points of view.

Tech Stack

You should be comfortable working with:

* Next.js/React/Express/Hono/Elasyia or any good framework
* Node.js ecosystem – e.g. Drizzle ORM, Express.js, Hono, and similar backend frameworks
* Postgres/Mysql/Mongodb
* Better-auth
* Tailwind CSS

What We’re Looking For

* Clean, maintainable code
* Backend + Frontend: room for some experimentation, but still with discipline. we care about structure, reliability, and clarity.
* Full-stack experience (frontend + backend)
* Available to start immediately
* Willing to work in person (coming to the office is a must; hybrid is possible after alignment)

how do we prove that we are good developer so that people can consider us for a potential role?

honestly finding a good talent is so difficult for our company recently and i dont know how other people just hire people may be we are so selective 😂.

Can somebody suggest me an idea of how do you prove your skill to other? i know its by doing projects and showing it but most people dont do it and the people who are doing that are already occupied!
