To be honest if there wasn't a lot of bad peopl, hacking shouldn't be discouraged this much in Ethiopia.

The amount of fun that I have when I am trying to find a bug or a vulnerability in a system is just sooooo much enjoyable.

Also when I see vulnerability in Ethiopian system I just leave it there and think "Ethiopian system are always shit" specially in gov or gov related system.

Bicha we need to have a fun place to do such thing.

Yoooo backend Dev should start hacking for real, it makes you aware of the thing you do is vulnerable or not in some level.

For those who hunts certification let me tell you one thing it ain't ntg(for most cases)

I don't even have 1 certification till now but I still got jobs.

Instead of hunting certificate build yourself. Like 5M coders program course sitwesdu focus on the skill you are getting instead of the certificates.

Nobody cares about your certification peps.


Ofc there are distinguished and amazing certifications out there which you have to take the exam and the exam is prepared by experts on the industry who works to get more people other than getting the certificate money.

But the certificate you get from udemy or Coursera is shit take the skill and apply it on the work place.

YOU DON'T OWE THEM

Please remember you literally don't OWE anything to your company. I mean you can value the company but remember you don't owe them.

The moment the company don't need you anymore they will just KICK YOU.

But when you decide to leave them they will try to MANIPULATE YOU for you to feel bad for leaving them and potentially change your mind in staying(toxic trait).

Some company in Ethiopia do this too(banks, software and other companies). Claming on social media they are the best and inside they are the WORST PLACE to work.

So remember when you get great opportunities just evaluate the opportunity and jump on that boat.

If you ever heard me advocating about some software company before I think I have changed my mind to the exact opposite from the best to the worst.

For Employers

If you can't pay your employees more at least treat them right.

If you can pay them offer them before they leave, if you offer when they leave they will know U only value them because there is a new opportunity

To replace your best employees it will takes you months so costs money and your precious time. DON'T ACT LIKE IT'S OKAY WE KNOW 😁.

Treat your employees right for them to value you.
