And now, what’s like working in the Customer Care department?
Well, imagine a moving train with many wagons like our customers’ core systems. Many times this train runs smoothly but sometimes some wagons start to get in trouble. You are monitoring this train by helicopter and you realize that you need to jump out of the helicopter, land right into the train hotspots, find and fix any kind of problem and assure the train keeps moving on track, before checking out, back to the helicopter. This is us... on a good day.
We solve complex problems and most of the time we do it right in the production environment and we have a very limited time to do it. We don’t have safety nets and we are obliged to jump into the unknown to solve whatever is happening in an application that we didn’t develop.
We need you to be full-stack! If you are not there yet, we will help you get there. As the problem might be from anywhere on the entire ecosystem, we must understand what's under the hood so we have to put our hands on SQL, Database Administration, System Engineering, CSS, JavaScript… and so on.
Do you like to receive medals? Then Customer Care is not for you. We are not the US Marine Corps. We are the US Navy Seals. We get in, silently get things done, and get out.

• Seeing how systems are built, how architects design complex systems and check solutions for complex patterns (or what mistakes were done) is a great way to learn a lot;
• Find how to solve technical challenges, fix blocking issues and ear our satisfied users say “you saved my day” is very rewarding;
• A great young and united team working side by side (remotely or not). The customers or the services may change, but the team will always be the same;
• Monthly lunches (and our special Christmas Lunch) with all Customer Care crew!
• Extra-income! Yep, we do 24x7 standby and specific work for some customers and the extra income is always welcome ;);
• While the team is still small, we have more opportunities for a career step up.
Yes, we also have small development projects and some no brainer, basic stuff to do, but this is what lets us relax a bit!
