美国大学教授一年工作7、8万美金，相当于人民币五六十万，也不怎么高啊，是怎么回事呢？
这个确实跟80，90年代之后俄罗斯，中国，印度，三个国家的天量读书人涌入美国有关。 70年代以前，postdoc在美国是个没人干的活，读出来phd人手八个AP offer。 80年代之后，全球化向第三世界和前共产世界开放，美国大学发现这些地方的高材生便宜的不像话。而其他地方的聪明学生发现，只要愿意吃几年糠（更何况跟之前吃的比起来，不知道强到哪里去了），第一世界的大门向你开放。 天量读书人涌入，大大影响了美国学术市场的劳动力供给和劳资平衡。 大学教授就变成了一个像所有向第三世界开放的岗位，或者平移到第三世…

我果然还是喜欢教high level的课……讲paper尽管不是我field也很爽哼哼，之前带GE课跟一群小屁孩讲故事真的身心俱疲，感觉还是有节奏的讲带逻辑的paper让人舒服

是篇DNA replication方向的paper，实话说读得也好没意思，方法有一点微创新（更多是拼接一下已知的方法a来做b)(好耳熟的感觉我没有内涵AI的意思.jpg），80%都是数据量堆起来的，这还能发science。
还是觉得我这方向又有意思又不是靠数据堆砌，怎么还是被我混成这样，这结局就算是机关算尽又有谁能想得到啊.jpg
