晚上离开的晚难得碰到老板又聊了聊
开始聊了不少research的update和思路，之后也聊了一些别的
老板说：i know it’s not what you expected being here and experiencing all these but you know what? it’s also not what I expected
老板也说：是的they are spoiled and you think I can’t see it? But sometimes even what you want is to help but they just get even more spoiled by you doing this way. Everyone has their own journey to go and when the point comes to them soon or later, it won’t be easy for them as well.
也聊别的，果然我和老板在recruitment上都给了同一个人相对较高的评价；而对于别的一些，其实我们也都持有非常类似的看法。虽然我和老板是如此的不同（甚至是如此地看对方不爽），但本质上我们确实是一类人，大家都能在人群中非常精准地捕捉到对方，不动声色，但心知肚明。
想起昨天和朋友聊天也谈到老板，聊到他的种种bad management，朋友说如果是按你的描述那这也太糟糕了，我说: trust me it’s actually much worse than what I just described
但我也说: But even after all these, I still do like him like the way he thinks and they way he does research.
也许确实走了很远的路才到这里，也许也为自己愤愤不平过，也许也曾幻想过更好的可能性，但是这些年的成长、热爱、坚持，我依然那么热爱这些时光，这片站着的土地，和一直向前的我。
