Gilead's antiviral medicine remdesivir failed to speed the improvement of patients with Covid-19 or prevent them from dying, according to results from a long-awaited clinical trial conducted in China.
Springer Nature is offering free access to over 500 textbooks from a variety of disciplines. They also include some of my favorite books such as Bioinformatics for Evolutionary Biologists and A Beginner's Guide to R. The free access will likely expire at the end of July so be quick and download all your textbooks of interest. 【“打假斗士”Bik博士再曝中国学者涉嫌学术不端 涉众多国内知名医院】因不断揭露学术不端现象而广为人知的Bik博士再次出手，这次Bik博士发现有八篇中国学者撰写的论文涉嫌学术不端。虽然这些作者来自于不同的医院、研究不同的肿瘤以及蛋白质表达，但是论文中却出现了雷同的图表。这些被曝光的论文作者分别来自于南京医科大学附属苏州医院、河南大学第一附属医院、福建医科大学附属漳州医院、中国医科大学肿瘤医院、郑州大学第一附属医院、中国医科大学肿瘤医院、齐鲁医院、青岛大学附属医院，其中青岛大学附属医院张坚发表在Oncotarget上的Interleukin-35 expression is associated with colon cancer progression资金来源为为国家自然科学基金面上项目。网页链接 source
