Gilead's antiviral medicine remdesivir failed to speed the improvement of patients with Covid-19 or prevent them from dying, according to results from a long-awaited clinical trial conducted in China.
Springer Nature is offering free access to over 500 textbooks from a variety of disciplines. They also include some of my favorite books such as Bioinformatics for Evolutionary Biologists and A Beginner's Guide to R. The free access will likely expire at the end of July so be quick and download all your textbooks of interest.
