本文报道了一例利用CRISPR编辑CCR5的HSPCs干细胞移植治疗罹患HIV和急性淋巴白血病病人的案例。研究人员利用一种新型的非病毒转染方式高效率地编辑CCR5基因，编辑的干细胞能够分化成多种谱系细胞，且保留CCR5编辑效果，维持达19个月；本次干细胞移植治疗使病人的急性淋巴白血病得到形态上完全缓解，另外也并没有出现明显的编辑后副反应，但对抵制HIV感染效果欠佳，需要进一步探索。（好棒啊
