Dear community,

🎯 We are happy to inform that all the tokens that have been bought through Republic are currently being distributed (according to vesting schedule).

🕙 The distribution may take a while since we need to process them in batches. Please have some patience, everyone will receive their tokens in the coming hours!

If you are having trouble viewing your token balance, add a custom ERC-20 contract address to your wallet.

If you purchased unlocked Cere Network tokens, you should add the following asset contract address to your wallet: 0x2da719db753dfa10a62e140f436e1d67f2ddb0d6.

If you purchased Cere Network tokens with a 12-month or 18-month lockup schedule, you should add the following lockup contract address to your wallet: 0x15B363ceb7688a727b8406AED009D70F7704Cd34.

🚨Update from Republic regarding distribution🚨

Thank you for being incredibly patient while your tokens are distributed. Due to Ethereum network congestion, you may not have received your tokens yet, expect all transfers to complete by end of day.

If you purchased Cere Network tokens that are subject to a lockup schedule, your total token balance will unlock over time, according to the terms of your investment. As soon as a batch of tokens unlocks, you can transfer it whenever you want. To transfer, simply enter a token quantity that is less than or equal to your unlocked balance.

If you’re not sure how many of your Cere Network tokens are unlocked, there’s an easy way to find that information:

First, head over to https://etherscan.io/address/0x15B363ceb7688a727b8406AED009D70F7704Cd34#readContract.

Scroll to 'unlockedBalanceOf' (#19) and click on it. In the field labeled “who (address)” enter your wallet address. Then, click “Query”. The number displayed below is your unlocked balance. You can transfer this balance at any time. The base unit of a token is equal to the smallest amount of Cere tokens that can exist, which is 0.0000000001 CERE. In this case, the number that a user sees is the number of those that they have (eg. 240625000000000 is 24062.5 tokens)
If you see a balance of 0 in this field, this is likely a sign that your token distribution is in progress. We recommend that you check this again in an hour or two. We appreciate your patience!

To withdraw your tokens, add 0x15B363ceb7688a727b8406AED009D70F7704Cd34 to your wallet. This will allow you to see the current balance. Make sure you select an amount that equal to or less than your unlocked balance (according to your vesting, 7,7 or 7,2%). You can withdraw directly from this address.

Republic Distribution Update

All fully unlocked tokens purchased under Reg S have been distributed to token purchasers. Tokens purchased on 12-month and 18-month vesting schedules are over 50% distributed.

Although these transfers take a bit longer to confirm, confirmation times have improved tremendously, and we expect to deliver all unfulfilled purchases in short order.
